Green Smoothie Bowl

Serves 1-2

Yield 600ml
  • 1 mango(fresh/frozen)
  • 1 banana (fresh/frozen)
  • 1 green leaf of spinach
  • 1 cup of natural yoghurt
  • 4tbsp oats (2 tbsp per person)
  • 10 large strawberries (5 strawberries per person)
  • Handful of ice cubes if using fresh fruit(optional)
  1. In a blender combine mangoes,strawberries, spinach, yoghurt, ice cubes and blend
  2. Serve in a bowl and top with oats and strawberries.
TIP : *Sprinkle some cinnamon if you wish.*
