Pan Fried Fish Fillet with Tomato and Cumber Salad

Pan Fried Red snapper fillet serves 2


  • 500g fishfillet (red snapper)
  • 1 &1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  1. Pat fish dry, remove any visible bones and trim off the loose edges.
  2. Season fish with spices
  3. Heat oil in a pan
  4. Fry fish cooking it for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. put off heat and serve
Tomato and Cumber Salad


  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 medium sized cucumber
  • salt to taste
  • juice of one medium sized lemon
  • 1 tbsp of fresh chopped parsley


  1. Peel the cucumber, remove the watery flesh and chop to your desired size
  2. In a bowl combine the tomatoes and cucumber
  3. season with salt, black pepper and lemon juice
  4. Add the parsley, mix well and serve with the fish.
