Imagine walking into your well stocked and polished kitchen, grabbing your favourite pan and as it slowly heats up you confidentely chop some red onions. You, then drizzle the pan with some olive oil, swirl the oil around to evenly coat the pan and as you toss in your chopped onions, you watch as they start to dance to the tune of the oil heating them up. You grab the pan and with one swift wrist motion gently toss the onions up in the air and watch them perfectly land in the pan. As the aroma of the sweet caramelized onions fills up the air and warms up your nostrils you smile because you know what comes next…
