Sautéed Mushrooms
Simple sauteed mushrooms:
Recipe:
- 1 pkt button mushrooms
- 1small onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 garlic clove( finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Method:
1. Wash and slice mushrooms
2. Heat oil in a non stick skillet
3. Add onions and sautee briefly
4. Add mushrooms and sautee until soft and golden brown
5. Add garlic, season with salt &black pepper
6. Sprinkle some herbs? I.e parsley/basil/dhania… if you want and enjoy??
