Green Smoothie Bowl
Serves 1-2
Yield 600ml
- 1 mango(fresh/frozen)
- 1 banana (fresh/frozen)
- 1 green leaf of spinach
- 1 cup of natural yoghurt
- 4tbsp oats (2 tbsp per person)
- 10 large strawberries (5 strawberries per person)
- Handful of ice cubes if using fresh fruit(optional)
Method:
- In a blender combine mangoes,strawberries, spinach, yoghurt, ice cubes and blend
- Serve in a bowl and top with oats and strawberries.
TIP : *Sprinkle some cinnamon if you wish.*
