Pan Fried Fish Fillet with Tomato and Cumber Salad
Pan Fried Red snapper fillet serves 2
Ingridients:
- 500g fishfillet (red snapper)
- 1 &1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp oregano
- black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method:
- Pat fish dry, remove any visible bones and trim off the loose edges.
- Season fish with spices
- Heat oil in a pan
- Fry fish cooking it for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- put off heat and serve
Tomato and Cumber Salad
Ingredients:
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 medium sized cucumber
- salt to taste
- juice of one medium sized lemon
- 1 tbsp of fresh chopped parsley
Method:
- Peel the cucumber, remove the watery flesh and chop to your desired size
- In a bowl combine the tomatoes and cucumber
- season with salt, black pepper and lemon juice
- Add the parsley, mix well and serve with the fish.
